Present: Ms. Meenakshi, Ld. counsel for DH along with DH.
Sh. Manish Kumar, Branch Manager, SBI, Pratap
Nagar.
Branch manager, SBI, Pratap Nagar, appear in the
Court in pursuance to warrant of attachment issued against the
bank account of JD. He submits that the bank account of the JD
pertains to Azadpur, Delhi. He placed on record account
statement of the JD as per which amount of Rs 43,021/- is
deposited in the account of the JD as on 07.11.2025.
Ld. Counsel for the DH submits that despite the
direction to the said effect, no warrant of attachment of the salary
of the JD has been issued.
Admittedly, bank account of the JD is outside the
jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the same cannot be attached
by this Court.
However, as the JD is employed in the LNJP
Hospital, warrant of attachment of her salary issued on filing of
PF within 7 days as per rules. DDO concerned is directed to file
demand draft/cheque of the attachable salary of the JD as per law
for the satisfaction of the decretal amount every month in the
Court.
