Present: Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, Ld. counsel for DH
alongwith DH in person.
Sh. Ketan Marwah, Ld. counsel for JD alongwith JD
in person.
Copy of order dated 27.02.2026 served upon cashier,
Lok Nayak Hospital through Mr. Vivek Yadav. Same be taken on
record.
In compliance of last order, a cheque of Rs.11,334/-
dated 26.02.2026 received from the DDO, Lok Nayak Hospital.
The said cheque may be released to the DH against proper
acknowledgment after retaining the copy of the same on record.
Ld. counsel for the DH submits that bank details of
the DH were supplied to the DDO by the DH. Therefore, it is
requested that attached amount from the salary may be deposited
in the bank account of the DH.
The DDO, Lok Nayak Hospital is directed to deposit
the attachable salary of the JD in the bank account of the DH on
monthly basis and file compliance report quarterly in the court.
Copy of the present order be sent to the concerned
DDO for compliance.
Part arguments heard on the application U/S 47 CPC
filed on behalf of the JD.
At this stage, DH has relied upon several documents,
therefore in the interest of justice, one opportunity is given to the
DH to file reply to the application of the JD on or before the
NDOH alongwith advance copy to the opposite side.
