As per report of the Ahlmad, notice issued upon LIC has been received back
served on 04.05.2026.
An application under Order I Rule 10 CPC has been filed on behalf of
petitioner on 22.04.2026 seeking impleadment of LIC as a necessary party. Copy
supplied to the Ld. Counsel for LIC.
For the reasons stated therein and in the interest of justice, the application
stands allowed and LIC is hereby impleaded as respondent no.6 in the present petition.
Let the amended memo of parties filed by the petitioner be taken on record.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
AR of LIC as well as AR of Axis Bank/respondent no.2 shall remain
present in person on the NDOH, failing which appropriate cost shall be imposed.
Ld. Counsel for LIC submits that he has not been supplied with the details
of policy of the deceased Mr. Nabin Sarki. However, it is clarified by the petitioner and
Ld. Counsel for respondent no.2/Axis Bank that the policy in question is a group life
insurance policy of Delhi Police alongwith Axis Bank and LIC.

In these circumstances, respondent no.2/Axis Bank shall co-operate with
respondent no.6/LIC and supply all the policy details to Ld. Counsel for respondent
no.6/LIC within a week from today.
