Fresh succession petition is received. It be checked and registered.
Present : Ld. Counsel for petitioner alongwith petitioner.
Petition perused.
On depositing of publication charges and on filing of PF within seven days
from today, issue notice of the petition to the general public by way of publication in the
newspaper “Dainik Jagran/Hindustan Times/Times of India/Navbharat Times/The
Statesman/Indian Express” as per the option of the petitioner.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, also issue notice of
the petition to the respondent no.2 with direction to disclose the statement of account of the
deceased.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue notice of
present petition to the SDM concerned to appear on the NDOH alongwith surviving
member certificate of the deceased, returnable on NDOH.
Petitioner is permitted to deposit the publication charges.
Petitioner is directed to clarify on the NDOH as to why the children
and mother of the deceased are not made party to the present petition.
Copy of this order be given Dasti to the petitioner.
To come up on 04.11.2025.
