The newspaper ‘The Statesman’ dated 27.09.2025 in which notice to the
general public was published has been received.
However, none has appeared from the general public to raise any objection
so far.
No vakalatnama or memo of appearance has been filed on behalf of
respondent no.2. Let the same be filed within three days from today.
Branch Manager of respondent no.2 shall remain present in person on
the NDOH.
An application seeking amendment of the petition has been filed on behalf
of petitioner alongwith amended memo of parties on 25.09.2025. However, perusal of the
application shows that the details of the paras and exact amendments to be carried out in
the petition, have not been disclosed properly.
Applicant is directed to file proper application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC
disclosing the exact details and nature of the amendment to be carried out in the original
petition.
Copy of the Surviving Member Certificate of the deceased filed. Be
checked and taken on record.

On filing of PF, issue notice under Order 16 Rule 12 CPC for service upon
the SDM Civil Lines to appear on NDOH alongwith Surviving Member Certificate of the
deceased.
Let reply, if any, to the present petition be filed by the respondent no.2
within a week from today with advance copy to the opposite side.
