No.2 & 3 is hereby closed and the defendant No.2 & 3 are
proceeded exparte.

file his vakalatnama by the NDOH.
As the statutory limit for filing the WS has already
expired and some time is sought to file the WS, let the same be
filed along with the appropriate application with advance copy to
the opposite side.
