Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in the case

Industries Ltd. Mumbai & Anr vs. M/s Girnar Fibers Ltd.
Ludhiana CR No. 7454 Dod 10.01.2019. It is further argued that
Counsel for the defendant that as per the judgment of the Hon’ble
Supreme Court photocopy of a lease agreement can be relied upon
while deciding an application U/s 8 of the Arbitration Act. Since,
the Ld. counsel for defendant has not produced the judgment, it
cannot be relied upon.
