Matter is at the stage of reply and arguments on the application under
Section 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing written
statement/PE.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has filed the list of plaintiff witnesses
alongwith the evidence by way of affidavit of PW-1 Sh. Dharmender. Same is
taken on record. Extra copy is taken on record and be released to the opposite
party as per rules.
Another opportunity is sought on behalf of the plaintiff to file reply
to the application under Section 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay in
filing written statement on the NDOH. Advance copy of the same be supplied to
the Ld. LAC for the defendant on his whatsapp no. 9891234067 atleast a week
prior to NDOH.
