Sh. Aditya Raina, Ld. LAC for defendant with defendant.
It is stated by Ld. Counsel for plaintiff that plaintiff does not wish to file
replication, accordingly, pleadings stand completed.
From the pleadings of the parties, the following issues are framed for
disposal of the present case :-
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of Rs.1,50,000/- alongwith
pendentalite and future interest till the realization of suit, as prayed for ? OPP
Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for by Ld. Counsel for the parties. The
plaintiff is directed to file the list of witnesses within 15 days from today with copies
thereof to opposite party.
Affidavit of admission/denial be filed during the course of the day and
advance copy of the same be supplied to the opposite party atleast a week prior to
NDOH.
Evidence affidavit and list of witness has already been filed by the plaintiff.
Extra copy of the same which is already on record, be released to the opposite party as
per rules.
