Sh. Navin Gupta and Ms. Monika Singh, Ld.
Counsels for defendants along with defendant no.3 & 4.
Matter is listed for consideration of application under
Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC. However, both the counsels state that their
parties are ready to give an undertaking that they will maintain status
quo on the suit property till the final disposal of the case.
A separate statements of Ld. counsel for plaintiff as well
as defendant no.3 & 4 are recorded to this effect.
In view of the aforesaid statements, both the parties are
hereby directed to maintain status quo of the property till the disposal
of this suit.
Application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC is
accordingly disposed off.
Matter will now proceed for framing of issues.
Both the parties are accordingly directed to file affidavit
of admission/denial of documents and propose issue on NDOH.
Put up for completion of pleadings/ framing of issues on
06.08.2025.
