alongwith defendant no.3 and 4.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for defendants that he
has already filed the WS alongwith reply to the application under
Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC alongwtih documents and vakalatnama.
The said documents are taken on record. Copy of WS alongwith
reply of abovesaid application are supplied to the Ld. Counsel for
plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff seeks time to file replication.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff as well as Ld.
Counsel for defendants submits that the status quo of the property
be maintained by both parties till NDOH. Accordingly, the plaintiff
as well as defendants are directed to main status quo till NDOH.
At this stage, both the parties inform that possibility of
settlement may be explored and matter may be referred for
mediation. Considering the same, both the parties are hereby
referred for mediation proceedings for 16.10.2024 at 12:00 PM at
the Mediation Centre, THC.
Put up for before this court for report of settlement if
any,/ filing of replication/arguments on application under Order 39
Rule 1 and 2 CPC on 21.11.2024.
Both the parties are directed to appear before
Mediation Cell on the said date.
