no.7. Spare copy of the defendant no.1 to 6 placed on record which
may be released to the ld. counsel of the defendant no.1 to 6 against
acknowledgment.
The plaintiff has also filed reply to the application U/O 7
Rule 10 CPC moved on behalf of the defendant no.7 alongwith copy
of order dated 17.10.2025 passed by Ld. CMM, Central District,
Delhi. Same be taken on record. Copy supplied to the ld .counsel for
defendant no.7. Spare copy of the defendant no.1 to 6 placed on
record which may be released to the ld. counsel of the defendant no.1
to 6 against acknowledgment.
Ld. counsel for the defendant no.1 to 6 submits that he
will file the WS on behalf of the defendant no. 1 to 6 alongwith
condonation of delay application during the course of the day. He is at
liberty to do so. However, the WS, if any, filed on behalf of defendant
no.1 to 6 shall be taken on record only after the disposal of the
condonation application.
Put up for arguments on the application U/O 7 Rule 10
CPC and further proceedings for 03.01.2026.
