Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent no. 2 is
taken on record.
Ld. counsel for respondent no.4 & 6 are directed to
file their vakalatnama positively by NDOH.
It transpires that except respondent no. 3 all other
respondents are served in this case. Petitioner has not taken any
steps for filing of fresh address of respondent no.3 in terms of
order dated 30.10.2025. Last opportunity is granted to petitioner
to comply with said order.
Ld. counsel for respondent no.4 submitted that the
copy of the petition had not been supplied by the petitioner till
date. Ld. counsel for respondent no.2 and 5 also submits that they
had not received the legible copy of all the documents along with
the petition. Petitioner is given last opportunity to supply the
copy/legible copy of plaint and documents to the opposite party
within 15 days from today, failing which no further opportunity
shall be given.

After receipt of copy/legible copy of the plaint along
with documents from the petitioner, respondents are directed to
file their reply by NDOH.
Renotify for filing of fresh address of respondent
no.3 and reply on behalf of other respondents/further proceedings
on 14.04.2026.
In the meanwhile, court notice be issued to Official
Receiver as well to appear in person on the next date of hearing.
