Present : Sh. S.K. Srivastav, Ld. Counsel for petitioner along-
with petitioner.
Perusal of the petition shows that the rate of rent is
mentioned in the rent agreement as Rs. 7500/-. A query was put
to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner as to how the present petition is
maintainable before this Court as the rent is in excess of Rs.
3500/-.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits
that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with
liberty to file appropriate legal proceedings against the
respondent.
Statement of the petitioner recorded separately.
In view of the statement, the present petition stands
dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate legal
proceedings as may be available to the petitioner qua his rights
over the tenanted premises.

compliance.
