dismissed. The eviction petition filed by the petitioner is allowed and the
petitioner is found entitled to recover the possession of the tenanted
premises i.e. One shop on Ground Floor forming part of property
H.No. 5775, Gali No. 3, Block-V, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-
5 as shown in red colour in the site plan annexed along-with the petition.
In view of the provisions of Section 14 (7) DRC Act, 1958, this order for
recovery for possession shall not be executed before expiration of a
period of 6 months from this date.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
