1 and 2 CPC had been filed on behalf of defendant no. 1.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff states that copy of WS and
reply of defendant no. 1 has not been supplied. Ld. counsel for
defendant no.1 states that the same was supplied via Whatsapp to
Ld. counsel for the plaintiff on 29.08.2024. Ld. counsel for
plaintiff seeks time to check the same and prays that a physical
copy be supplied afresh. Ld. counsel for defendant no.1 states
that a spare copy of the WS and reply had been filed and the
same be given. Ld. counsel for plaintiff states that he shall take
the same within course of the day. Considered. Same be given to
plaintiff/ Ld. counsel against receiving.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff seeks time to file replication
to WS of defendant no.1. Considered. Same be filed on or before
the next date alongwith advance copy to the opposite side.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff prays that right to file WS
of defendant no. 2 and 3 be closed. Considered. No WS has been
filed till date by defendant no. 2 and 3. Statutory period to file
WS of defendant no. 2 and 3 has been expired.

therefore closed.
Now to come up for arguments on application U/O
