Devraj, Assistant Engineer in the defendant department in person. Ld. counsel for the defendant submits that previous cost of Rs.3000/- shall be paid to the plaintiff during the course of the day. Demarcation report has not been filed by the SDM concerned despite the last opportunity given on the LDOH. Assistant Engineer of the defendant placed on record copy of the letter dt. 09.04.2026. As per the same, the SDM, Civil Lines was requested to demarcate the property. Perusal of the record shows that order dated 23.02.2026 was passed in the presence of official from SDM, Burari. However, neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the SDM, Burari nor any demarcation report has been filed on compliance of that order. The matter is pending for demarcation record since 24.04.2025. In view of the above, it appears that without coercive orders, compliance of the said order will not be done by the Revenue official. -- 1 of 2 -- -2- In view of the above, issue bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.5,000/- against the concerned official of the SDM office of the Burari for the NDOH (without PF). Copy of the present order be also sent to SDM Office, Burari, Delhi and SDM Office, Civil Lines, Delhi for information and compliance. Put up on further proceedings on 26.05.2026.
