plaintiff in person.
Sh. Sachin Sharma, Ld. counsel for defendants
alongwith Sh. Devraj, AE, Irrigation and Floor
Department.
None for SDM office, Burari.
Perusal of the record shows that vide order dated
01.02.2026, last and final opportunity was given to the concerned
SDM to file demarcation report. However, upon his failure to file the
same, bailable warrants of the concerned official was issued on
15.04.2026.
On the LDOH, bailable warrants issued against the
concerned official, SDM Office, Burari received back served.
However, no demarcation report has been filed by the SDM Office,
Burari.
The aforesaid facts shows that concerned SDM has no
regard to the process of law. Accordingly, issue bailable warrants in
the sum of Rs.10,000/- against the concerned SDM, Burari, North,
Delhi with one surety of like amount for the NDOH (Without PF).
Copy of the present order alongwith order dated
23.02.2026 & 15.04.2026 be sent to the concerned Divisional
Commissioner for information and necessary action.
Put up for further proceedings on 21.09.2026.
