execution petition be sent to the Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis
Hazari Courts, Delhi, for appropriate orders.
Let a transfer certificate be issued in the name of the
Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, for proper
execution of the decree in question. Alongwith transfer certificate, a
certificate of non satisfaction be also issued in respect of the decree in
question.
The DH is also directed to approach the Ld. District
