Let warrant of possession be issued against the JD,
on filing of PF, for the next date of hearing.
In case the bailiff finds resistance in execution of the
eviction order, he is at liberty to take assistance of the police. The
SHO of the concerned Police Station is directed to render all
assistance in execution of the warrants. In case the premises is
found locked, the lock be broken and the articles found be
released on Superdari to the judgment debtor after an inventory is
drawn. Copy of the inventory shall be filed with the report.
To come up before the Ld. ACJ on 03.10.2023 and
before this court on 21.11.2023. Copy of this order be sent to the
concerned SHO for intimation and necessary compliance.
