Though, no plausible grounds are made out to
adjourn the matter for cross-examination, as no one is appearing
on behalf of defendant despite seeking specific pass over,
however, in the interest of justice, only one adjournment is
granted to defendant to cross-examine the plaintiff’s witness,
failing which no further opportunity shall be granted.
