LRs of Respondent no.7 (7.1, 7.2, 7.3 & 7.4) are in person.
Sh. Yatendra Kumar, Sr. Executive is present on behalf of respondent
no.6.
An application under Order 1 Rule 10 (2) r/w Order 6 Rule 17 CPC for
amendment of the memo of parties and to bring on record the LRs of Late Smt. Vimla
Gupta is pending for adjudication.
LRs of respondent no.7 submit that they do not have any objections to the
aforesaid application.
Arguments heard. Record perused.
Considering the no objections of LRs of respondent no.7 and averments
made in the application, the application is allowed and Legal Representatives of
respondent no.7 (Late Smt. Vimla Gupta), are hereby impleaded as respondents in the
present petition. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. The application is
disposed off accordingly.
RW-4, RW-5, RW-6, RW-7 and RW-8 have been examined and
discharged.
On filing of PF, issue notice under Order 16 Rule 12 CPC for serving
upon the SDM, Vivek Vihar to appear on the NDOH alongwith Surviving Member
Certificate of the deceased.

On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue notice of the
present petition to respondent no.5, returnable on NDOH.
