Present : Ld. Counsel for petitioner alongwith petitioner.
Respondents no. 2 to 4 in person.
As per report of the Ahlmad, steps have not been taken by the petitioner in
terms of last order dated 10.10.2025.
One Mr. Sunil Kumar from the office of SDM, Vivek Vihar has joined
through VC, however, he is not audible. He shall remain present in person on the
NDOH.
Respondents no. 2 to 4 examined and discharged as RW-1 to RW-3
respectively.
At request, on filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue
notice of present petition to the respondent no. 6 to appear in person on the NDOH
alongwith relevant record of the deceased.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue notice of
present petition to the SDM Vivek Vihar to appear on NDOH alongwith Surviving
Member Certificate of the deceased.
Upon query from the respondents, it appears that Smt. Vimla Gupta,
daughter of the deceased has post deceased him. Petitioner is directed to clarify as
to why LRs of Smt. Vimla Gupta have not been made parties to the present
petition.
Petitioner shall remain present in person on the NDOH.
Be adjourned for 28.04.2026.
