Petition perused.
Petitioner has filed photographs of certain documents. Petitioner is directed to
file the original/photocopy of the same by the NDOH.
On depositing of publication charges and on filing of PF within seven days from
today, issue notice of the petition to the general public by way of publication in the newspaper
“Dainik Jagran/Hindustan Times/Times of India/Navbharat Times/The Statesman/Indian
Express” as per the option of the petitioner.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, also issue notice of the
petition to the respondents no. 5 to 6 with direction to appear on NDOH alongwith
shareholding of the deceased.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue notice of present
petition to the SDM concerned to appear on the NDOH alongwith surviving member
certificate of the deceased, returnable on NDOH.
Petitioner is permitted to deposit the publication charges.
Petitioner is directed to disclose the details of mother of the deceased alongwith
relevant documents by the NDOH.
Copy of this order be given Dasti to the petitioner.
To come up for appearance of all respondents on 10.10.2025.
