Present: Mr. Dalip Anand, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner along-with
petitioner.
Mr. Sandeep Thukral, Ld. Counsel for all the respondents.
As per the report of the Process Server, the respondent No. 1
and 2 were served on 12.08.2025. However, as per the report of the
Process Server, summons issued to respondent No. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 had
returned as unserved for the reason that they were not found at the
concerned address, as intimated by the respondent No. 2 to the Process
Server.
The leave to defend application was filed by respondent No. 2
on 26.08.2025. However, Ld. Counsel for the respondent has submitted
that he will seek instructions as to whether he is representing all the
respondents, since it has been mentioned in the leave to defend
application that the other directors of the respondent No. 1 company are
the relatives of the respondent No. 2.
Reply to the leave to defend application has been filed today.
Rejoinder, if any, be filed within 30 days with advance copy
to the opposite party.
Put up for arguments on leave to defend application on
13.07.2026.
