Warrants of attachment issued against the JD received back unserved with the report that ‘The ground floor of the premises was found locked’ and ‘No such person was found at the other floors of the property’. Same be taken on record. Ld. counsel for the DH submits that the other address of the JD is situated outside the jurisdiction of the court, therefore, he requested that the transfer certificate may be issued. He further submits that he has already filed an execution petition in the Saket Court which has been put on hold for the want of transfer certificate. In view of the submissions made, the request for transfer is allowed and transfer certificate be issued to District Court, Saket Courts, Delhi. Copy of Transfer Certificate be given dasti as per rules upon furnishing certified copy of the entire petition and documents. File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
