Petition perused.
On depositing of publication charges and on filing of PF within seven days
from today, issue notice of the petition to the general public by way of publication in the
newspaper “Dainik Jagran/Hindustan Times/Times of India/Navbharat Times/The
Statesman/Indian Express” as per the option of the petitioner.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, also issue notice of the
petition to the respondent no.3 with direction to disclose the statement of account of the
deceased.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue notice of present
petition to the respondent no.2 for service returnable on NDOH.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue notice of present
petition to the SDM concerned to appear on the NDOH alongwith surviving member
certificate of the deceased, returnable on NDOH.
Petitioner is permitted to deposit the publication charges.
Copy of this order be given Dasti to the petitioner.
Petitioner shall remain present in person on the NDOH.
To come up on 28.08.2025.
