None for Canara Bank, Kashmere Gate despite service of notice under
Order XVI Rule 12 CPC.
Since no one has appeared on behalf of Canara Bank, Kashmere Gate and
despite service of notice under Order 16 Rule 12 CPC, issue bailable warrants for a sum
of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount against the Manager of the said bank.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue notice of
present petition to the respondent no.2(b) to appear on NDOH, failing which cost of
Rs.5,000/- shall be imposed upon the respondent no. 2(b).
Mr. Deepak Sain, Operations Sr. Executive, Bharti Axa Life, Jhandewalan
Branch examined and discharged as PW-1. He is paid diet money of Rs.1,000/-.
Mr. Keshar Singh, Deputy Manager, Axis Bank, Kashmere Gate Branch
examined and discharged as PW-2. No diet money is paid considering the conduct.
