No AR of Bharti Axa Life Insurance has appeared today.
AR of Bharti Axa Life Insurance shall remain present in person on the
NDOH alongwith relevant record of the deceased, failing which cost of Rs.10,000/-
shall be imposed upon him.
As per report of the Ahlmad, notice issued upon Axis Bank, Kashmere Gate
and Canara Bank, Kashmere Gate received back served, however, none has appeared on
their behalf. On filing of PF, issue notice under Order 16 Rule 12 CPC for service upon
Branch Manager, Axis Bank, Kshmere Gate and Canara Bank, Kashmere Gate.
Further, as per report of the Ahlmad, notice issued upon HDFC Life Insurance
and Max Life Insurance received back unserved. Petitioner shall take appropriate steps
within two weeks to file fresh addresses of such offices.

Arvind Kumar, Public Relation Inspector, Delhi GPO and Mr. Ratnish Singh, Sr. Manager,
Canara Bank, Mori Gate examined and discharged as RW-1 to RW-3 respectively. They
are paid diet money of Rs.1,000/- each.

Petitioner as well as respondent no. 2(b) shall remain present in person
on the NDOH.
