Note: All Counsels appearing through VC are requested to ensure
that their video is on when their matter is taken up. Their appearance
will not be noted otherwise. They are also requested to appear in
proper court attire from an appropriate place having no background
noise.
Present: Sh. Piyush Sharma, Ld. counsel for plaintiff along with
plaintiff.
An application under order 22 Rule 4 CPC is stated to
be pending consideration.
Record shows that notices were issued to LRs of
deceased defendant on the aforesaid application. Those notices are
duly served and infact, one LR namely Sh. Karan also appeared
before the court on 22.01.2026. However, no reply/objection has been
filed to the aforesaid application till date.
It appears that LRs of deceased defendant have no
objection to the present application. The same is accordingly
allowed. The LRs mentioned in the application are hereby impleaded
as defendants in the present suit.
Let an amended memo of parties be filed to this effect
within a week.
Let summons be issued to all the LRs thereafter on
filing of PF/RC returnable for NDOH.
