An application under Order I Rule 10 CPC has been filed on 16.01.2026 by
the petitioner. It is
inter-
alia stated that petitioner, inadvertently, omitted to implead her
children namely Ariba and Aman. It is stated that the daughter Ariba is a major and the
son Aman is a minor, being represented through the petitioner herself.
Application and the record have been perused.
Since the children of the deceased are necessary parties in the present
petition, they are hereby impleaded as petitioners no. 2 and 3.
Amended memo of parties filed by the petitioner in this regard on
16.01.2026 is hereby taken on record.
Petitioner no.2 is examined separately as PW-1.
At request, be put up for recording statement of petitioner no.1 at 02.00 PM.
