has received full and final decretal amount from JD company. He further
stated that after receiving the said amount, nothing remains to be paid by
the JD in the present execution petition. He prayed that the present
execution petition may be disposed off as satisfied. His statement to this
effect has been recorded separately.
I have carefully perused the case file and heard the
submissions.
In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for the DH, the
