Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he shall be filing the reply
to the application of the defendant no.1 under Section 114 r/w Section 151 C.P.C.
for review of the order dated 21.04.2025 as well as the application under Section 5
of Limitation Act r/w Order 8 Rule 1 C.P.C. on the NDOH as the plaintiff is not in
his contact. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has already supplied the
advance copy of the aforesaid replies today in the Court to the proxy Counsel of
defendant no.1 namely Sh. Deepu. Same is confirmed by Sh. Deepu, Proxy
Counsel for defendant no.1. Heard. Allowed.
Put up for reply and arguments on the aforesaid application under
Section 114 r/w Section 151 C.P.C. for review of the order dated 21.04.2025 as
well as the application under Section 5 of Limitation Act r/w Order 8 Rule 1
C.P.C./arguments on application under Order 8 Rule 10 C.P.C. r/w Section 151
