C.P.C. on behalf of the plaintiff. Same is taken on record. Copy supplied.
Opportunity is given to file reply on the NDOH. Advance copy of the same be
supplied to the opposite party atleast a week prior to NDOH.
Written statement has been filed on behalf of defendant no.1
alongwith list of documents and copies of certain documents as well as reply to
the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 r/w 151 CPC with application for
condonation of delay in filing the written statement under Section 5 Limitation
Act r/w Order 8 Rule 1 C.P.C. and Section 151 C.P.C. Copy supplied. Opportunity
is given to file reply on the NDOH. Advance copy of the same be supplied to the
