Considering that despite best efforts, plaintiff could not be served through ordinary process, this court finds it appropriate to effect substituted service upon defendant. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Let defendant be served also by way of publication in the newspaper “Rastriya Shara” & “Veer Arjun” on filing of PF and depositing of publication charges as per rules. Application stands disposed off. An application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC is also moved on behalf of proposed defendants seeking their impleadment in the present matter. Let a copy of the application be supplied to the opposite counsel today itself. Reply if any, be filed on the next date with advance copy to the opposite side.
