Note: All counsels appearing through VC are requested to ensure that
their video is on when their matter is taken up. Their appearance will not be
noted otherwise. They are also requested to appear in proper court attire from
an appropriate place having no background noise.

Defendant is unserved.
Summons issued to defendant returned unserved with a report
that when process server visited his address, one person namely Abrar Ahmad
was found there. He apprised the process server that no person namely Noor
Alam works there.
At this stage, it is stated by counsel for plaintiff that the address
provided is of a shop, which is in the possession of defendant only. That,
defendant is deliberately evading service.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, let fresh summons be
issued to defendant through all modes, on filing PR/RC returnable for next
date of hearing. Steps be taken within a week.
Let, summons be also affixed on some conspicuous part of the
property of defendant.
Put up for receiving of report/appearance of defendant on
31.01.2026.
