SPA holder of respondents no. 13 and 14 in person. Mr. KK Malviya and Ms. Aroosa Nawaz, Ld. counsel for SBI/respondent no.10. SPA holder of respondents no. 13 and 14 examined and discharged as RW-4 and 5 respectively for respondents no. 13 and 14. Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that the details of securities of deceased qua respondents no. 4, 5, 9 and 10 are yet to come on record. AR of SBI/respondent no.10 has failed to appear even today. It is stated that due to closing months of March and April, the AR of SBI is not appearing. Such reason does not appear to be justified as the official of SBI has repeatedly remained absent despite directions from this court. Furthermore, cost imposed upon SBI vide order dated 07.03.2026 has also not been deposited. Ld. Counsel for SBI inter-alia submits that his vakalatnama was filed already and it was wrongly recorded on 07.03.2026 that no vakalatnama was filed on behalf of SBI. Perusal of the record reveals that the AR of SBI has not been appearing despite directions of this court. In these circumstances, the cost imposed upon the SBI stands enhanced to Rs.10,000/- which is to be deposited by SBI/respondent no.10 in the A/c of District & Sessions Courts Employees Welfare Association Delhi detailed as under:- -- 1 of 2 -- SBI Account No. 38222714058 IFSC : SBIN0000726 Branch: Tis Hazari Receipt of the same be filed before NDOH. It is clarified that if the official of concerned branch of SBI/respondent no.10 fails to appear even on the NDOH, appropriate coercive orders shall be passed against SBI/respondent no.10. On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue notice of present petition to the respondents no. 4, 5 and 9 to appear on NDOH alongwith relevant record of the deceased.
