Mr. KK Malviya, Ld. Counsel for SBI, Kanpur. (through VC)
Petitioner has not filed any proof of payment of diet money to RW-1 to
RW-3. Let the same be filed by the petitioner before NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for SBI, Kanpur has neither filed his vakalatnama nor any
memo of appearance has been filed. Let it be filed within three days from today. He has
submitted that the copy of the passbook of the bank account may be supplied by the
petitioner to him for better assistance. Let the same be filed by the petitioner alongwith
extra set on record within a week from today which shall be released to Mr. KK
Malviya upon filing his vakalatnama.
Petitioner as well as AR of SBI, Kanpur shall remain present in person
on the NDOH, failing which appropriate cost shall be imposed upon the defaulting
side.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, issue notice of
present petition to the respondents no. 4, 5, 7, 9 and 12 for service upon them returnable on
NDOH.
