Petitioner.
Summons issued to respondent received back with
the report of service by way of affixation.
An application has been filed on behalf of the
petitioner under Order V Rule 20 CPC, submitting that despite
best efforts, petitioner is unable to find any fresh address of the
respondent and that address available on the record is the last
known address of the respondent. Application is accompanied
with an affidavit. Same is taken on record.
Heard. Perused.
In view of the above, it appears that the respondent
cannot be served by way of ordinary process.
In view of the above as well as of the submissions
made, application stands allowed.
Let the respondent be served by way of publication
in a Newspaper “Veer Arjun” having circulation in the place of
residence of the respondent, as approved by the Hon'ble High
Court of Delhi on filing of PF and publication charges.
