of Possession of the rented premises
i.e. a godown/shop, Arrears of rent,
Damages/mesne profit and Permanent Injunction against the defendant. It
appears that the pecuniary jurisdiction of the suit is exceeding the pecuniary
jurisdiction of this Court.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has requested that the suit be transferred
to the Court having appropriate jurisdiction to hear.
In view of the observations as well as the submissions of Ld.
Counsel, let the case file be placed before Ld. Principal District & Sessions
