resident of UP and Bihar and therefore, this court has no
territorial jurisdiction to try the present execution petition.
In view of the above, the transfer certificate be
issued in favour of the DH.

decree dated 06.08.2024.
As the defendants are resident of Kanpur, U.P and
Bihar, the court has prima facie no jurisdiction to proceed with
the execution petition. However, Ld. counsel for the DH seeks
some time to place on record some authorities of the higher court
regarding the aforesaid issue.
