record.
Warrants of attachment issued against bank account of JD
received back as served.
Banker's cheque bearing no. 070228 dated 03.09.2024 for
an amount of Rs.1,63,972/- issued in favour of the DH has been re-
ceived pursuant to the warrants of attachment issued against the bank
account of JD in compliance of the previous order.
Accordingly, the said cheque is released to Ld. Counsel
for DH.
Ld. Counsel for the DH submits that he has instructions
on behalf of DH to withdraw the present execution petition against the
JD as DH has received the full and final amount from JD and nothing
remains to be satisfied in the present execution petition.
Separate statement of Ld. Counsel for DH has also been
recorded today in this regard.
In view of the submissions made and statement given by
the DH, let the present matter may be referred to Lok Adalat to be held
on 14.09.2024 for settlement.

Parties are directed to appear before Lok Adalat on
14.09.2024.
