Note: All counsels appearing through VC are requested to ensure
that their video is on when their matter is taken up. Their
appearance will not be noted otherwise. They are also requested
to appear in proper court attire from an appropriate place having
no background noise.
Present: Plaintiff in person with counsel Shri S. A. Khan
Sh. Navin Chaudhary, Ld. counsel for defendants
along with defendants.
It is stated by counsel for defendants that the present
suit has been filed seeking a relief of permanent injunction
restraining defendants from dispossessing the plaintiff from the
suit property without following due process of law. That,
defendants are ready to satisfy this suit and give a statement to
the aforesaid effect.
A joint statement of defendants is accordingly
recorded. A statement of plaintiff is also recorded, wherein he
stated that he is satisfied with the statement given by the
defendants and hence, wishes to withdraw the present suit.
Considering that no issue remains to be adjudicated
upon, the matter is hereby referred to National Lok Adalat,
scheduled on 13.12.2025.
