At this stage, SI Biraj Salvi has appeared on behalf of SHO PS Sarai
Rohilla. However, perusal of record shows that vide order dated 09.05.2025,
summoning qua SHO PS Sarai Rohilla/defendant no.4 was declined by this
court.
It is once again clarified that defendant no.4 has not been summoned
in the present case and hence, he need not appear before the court.
At this stage, Sh. S. A. Khan, counsel for plaintiff has also appeared.
He states that the Written Statement filed on behalf of defendants is time
barred and hence, the same cannot be taken on record.
The aforesaid submissions shall be taken into consideration on next
date i.e. 16.09.2025.
