Mr. Chander Shekhar Yadav, Ld. Counsel for the defendant along-with defendant. I have heard and examined about the controversy from the record. On the basis of pleadings the following issues are framed in the present case:- 1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree for recovery of Rs. 36,297/- with interest as prayed for? OPP. 2. Relief. Both the parties shall file list of witnesses within 15 days with advance copy to the opposite party. Evidence by way of the affidavit of the plaintiff shall be filed within 30 days with advance copy to the opposite party. At this stage, it is submitted by the parties that they are willing to settle the matter. On perusing the record, it appears that there exists elements of a settlement acceptable to the parties. Therefore, at joint request of the parties, the matter is referred to Mediation Cell for 16.04.2026 at 2:00 PM. The parties are directed to appear in the Mediation Cell accordingly.
