It is submitted on behalf of defendant that he has already filed
cases of dishonor of cheques and he will also file suit for recovery of money
against the plaintiff. He further states that he is ready and willing to give
statement and undertakes that he shall not shall create any hindrance in any
manner in the working of the plaintiff at office bearing no.171-172, Rajender
Bhawan, Rajendra Palace, New Delhi. He further undertakes that he will not
send any goons or adopt illegal means of coercion to recover his money.
Separate statement of defendant to this effect recorded.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff prays that present suit
may be disposed off as withdrawn as satisfied in view of the statement of
defendant recorded today before the court.
