As per the report of the Civil Nazir, notice was served upon the respondents
on 08.05.2025 and 15.05.2025 and objections have not been filed.
The present petition has been filed on behalf of petitioners under Section 27
of the DRC Act for deposit of rent @ Rs.1,500/- for the period from 01.03.2025 to
30.11.2025 with respect to one showroom in property no. 62, Dayanand Road, Daryaganj,
New Delhi-110002. It is stated in the petition that respondents have refused to accept the
valid tender of rent.
Since the respondents have not filed any objections within the statutory
period of 30 days from service of notice, the present petition is allowed with liberty to the
respondents to withdraw the rent, without prejudice to their rights and contentions.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
