Ld. counsel for the applicant has submitted that this is an application for
issuance of succession certificate in terms of order dated 26.04.2019.
Perusal of the application reveals that the applicant has not mentioned the
details of the succession petition and the date of disposal in respect of which the present
application has been filed. Further, the applicant has not bothered to file the judgment of
the case in respect of which the application has been filed. The application is drafted most
vaguely and does not contain any particulars.
Further, ahlmad has tagged the file bearing Misc. No. 303/18 which shows
that vide order dated 26.04.2019, succession certificate was directed to be issued to the
petitioner. Hence, applicant was required to clarify as to why the present application has
been filed, but all such details and particulars are missing.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed off with liberty to the
applicant to file appropriate application with proper details after the main case as well as
the order dated 26.04.2019 has been properly perused.
Needless to say, the applicant must mention all the particulars and specify
the requirement for filing such application as order for issuance of certificate has already
been passed on 26.04.2019.
File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
