As per ahlmad report, written statement has already been filed
on 25.03.2025.
Counsel for the respondents submits that advance copy has
already been supplied. He, however, submits that in order to avoid the future
controversy, he is filing the additional set for the opposite party.
Accordingly, petitioner is at liberty to receive the same against
acknowledgment and to file replication, if any, within four weeks from today
against advance copy.
List for PE on 22.09.2025 at 11.30 am.
Let evidence affidavit of the petitioner and list of witness, if any,
be filed at least 15 days prior to the next date of hearing against advance
copy.

At this stage, Sh. Deepak Khurana, Proxy Counsel for petitioner
alongwith petitioner has appeared.
Counsel for petitioner submits that no written statement has
been supplied till date.
He also submits that accordingly, he is also moving an
application under Order 8 Rule 10 CPC r/w Section 25B (9) of the DRC Act.
Application filed.
Copy be supplied.
However, as per record, written statement has already been filed
on 24.03.2025. Additional copy of the written statement filed for the opposite
party is supplied to the counsel for petitioner.
In these circumstances, counsel for petitioner seeks time to take
instructions qua the aforesaid application.
Accordingly, list on date already fixed i.e. 22.09.2025 at 11.30
am.
