Present: Sh. Sarthak Gupta, partner of plaintiff firm, in person
along with counsel Shri Kuldeep Chaprana.
Defendant is already ex-parte.
Matter is listed for PE. Sh. Sarthak Gupta, partner of
plaintiff firm, examined himself as PW-1. He is thereafter
discharged.
It is stated by counsel for plaintiff that plaintiff does
not wish to examine any other witnesses and PE may be closed.
A Separate statement of Sh. Gupta is recorded to this
effect. In view of the statement recorded, PE stands closed.
Ex-parte final arguments heard.
It is stated on behalf of plaintiff that during the
pendency of the suit, defendant has paid a sum of Rs.1,15,005/-
and now plaintiff is only seeking a recovery of Rs.58,580/- ( i.e.
48,782/- towards principal amount + Rs. 9,798/- towards interest
amount).
Put up for judgment on 28.10.2025.
